Returns & Refunds
This page will be quite brief, as I like to keep things as simple as possible for those wishing to return orders for a refund.
By law, they make online shops offer a 14 day money back policy, mine is much longer than that. Providing your order is still in the condition it was sent to you in you are welcome to return it when it suits you. Quite often people buy gifts months advance and then change their mind, or even forget to give it (I'm guilty of that).
If the order is damaged, incorrect, considerably delayed (missing the date you needed it for) then I will also refund the postage you pay to return it. Usually, if damaged or incorrect if you send me a picture of it to show me I will send a replacement without you having to worry about a return.
here's an example... if you buy a keyring, receive it, don't want it, return it I will cover the cost of a 1st class large postage stamp (about £1 UK, varies outside the UK). If you send it special delivery recorded, signed for and tracked then its up to you to cover that cost.
With items which have been customised, either with a name, or number plate detail then I can't accept a change of mind return, for obvious reasons, if the personalised items is incorrect, then the rule above applies.
Items which go missing in the post (it does happen sadly) I can investigate them my end, but without extended delay to yourself. I can organise a replacement or refund so that you still get what you ordered however, I investigate each and every case which happens. All I ask is that you allow the right amount of working days recommended for it still to be considered on route and also recognise any disruptions the postal / courier services have at the time (strikes, adverse weather and the like).
